What if I paid for an ad but didn’t know that all spots were already filled?
Well, lets see, option: 1. Be queued and reserve the next available spot. 2. You can receive of full refund for up to 30 days from date of purchase.
Can I request the exact placement of my ad?
Banner ads are randomly assigned location with each page load.
Will I be notified when its time to renew?
Yes. You will be notified on the last week and last day prior to expiration.
How do I renew?
To renew, simply purchase the plan/term from the advertising page, and indicate in the reply-to e-mail which link you wish to renew.
Do you allow advertisers from the same industry at any given time?
Yes. If, however, you wish to be the exclusive advertiser for your industry a special rate can be discussed.
What format do the graphics need to be in?
.jpeg .gif or .png
Can I change my graphic or link at any time?
Yes. Please allow 4-8 days if you wish to change either of these.
Can I purchase multiple spots?
Yes. You can purchase as many as you’d like.
Do I have the right to renew my ad?
