We purchased an 'Eternity' diamond ring on July 10, 2009 with a platinum setting. Just after New Years my wife noticed that one of the diamonds was missing.

I took the ring back to Cabochon and was told it would take up to two weeks to get back to me. On January 22, Cabochon called me and said it would cost $350 to replace the missing diamond and that the ring was now 'misshapened'.

I told Cabochon that was not acceptable. The 'Eternity' ring is less than six months old. They said they would speak with the manager and get back to me.

Today, January 27, five days later, I called Cabochon and them we would like to return the ring. I am still waiting their response.

Don't buy anything from Cabochon.
